		<description>I agree completely... With todays market there's no reason a buyer will buy a home when it isn't the nicest. They can go down the street and get a HUD property or a short sale for a substantial discount from the other properties. I know it can be hard to get a client to keep a property clean, but it's in their best interests more often than not.</description>
